Hello my lovelies, I’m Victory Oviebor CEO of Myhairgame. We specialise in sales of wigs and rendering of services such as wig installs (frontal) sew ins & ponytail services. Our aim is rendering a first class services and customer satisfaction . It is very important that you read very carefully through our T&Cs before purchasing our units or booking our services to avoid inconveniences

Deposit

A non – refundable deposit of £20 will be charged when booking an appointment. This is to secure your appointment date & time. Once you’ve paid this you have agreed to all our T&Cs. In an unlikely occasion where we have cancelled your appointment due a fault of ours this deposit will be refunded . However if your appointment cancelled due to you going against our T&Cs it will not be refunded.

Remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY.

Cancellations/No show/Lateness

We understand sometimes things happen which you may no longer be able to make your appointment. In this case please let us know as soon as possible, we may be able to reschedule you depending on our availability.

However if you do not show up you will be charged 50% of the service.
We have a 15 minute grace period, From 20 it’s a £10 late fee charge. After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. You can reschedule depending on our availability.

We are based in East London ( E5). The nearest stations to us are Hackney dawns and Hackney Central

MONDAYS: 10AM – 5pm
TUESDAY: 10AM – 5PM
WEDNESDAY: 10AM – 5PM
THURSDAY: 10AM – 5PM
FRIDAY: 10AM – 5PM
SATURDAY/SUNDAY: SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

OUT of Hours cost additional £10
Anytime before 10am and anytime after 5pm

Appointment

– Just 1 plus ones as our space is small.
– We do accept kids as long as the kid would not interrupt our appointment or the kid can come with a plus 1 who will look after them. However we cannot accept more than 2 kids x
